Benefits Self Service - Disclaimer or Acknowledgement Form

It has been brought to my attention that there may be a Disclaimer or Acknowledgement form seen at the beginning when people first open up BSS. Employees need to state that they accept this information they are about to see before they can continue into BSS. Has anyone seen this and better yet if so are you using it?

We are in 12.1.3 Rup 13

I have not been able to come across anything like this so I figured I will reach out to the masses.
