How to restrict supplier from changing original order quantity from iSupplier portal

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC)

Hello Experts,

we are looking for such functionality where iSupplier user should not be able to increase or decrease quantity but he/she should be able to split it.

Eg : Line quantity on PO is 10 and when it comes to iSupplier user he/She should not be able to increase or decrease quantity but should be able to split it like (5,5 or 7,3 and so on) can we restrict supplier to do that.
