EBS 12.1.3: Is there a pension automatic enrolment solution for salary exchange?

We have been asked to set up pension automatic enrolment for a salary exchange arrangement but the pension schemes in R12 only allow us to select an element classification of Pre-Tax Deduction or Voluntary Deduction.

We must use an earnings element for salary exchange to remain compliant.

How have others achieved this?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
