Change default drop-down value to 'Planned' in Create Absence form in SSHR
The client is using Absence Management and OTL, with the Payroll and Projects layout. Because of that Absence Integration is not available (as per note found on Metalink).
If a user submits an absence with a 'Confirmed' status, it will decrement PTO hours on the date of the absence. When the user enters the absence on the timesheet, it also decrements the PTO hours when the BEE batch process runs in Transfer mode. So a user who submits an absence request for 8 hours 3/5/21, and then enters 8 hours of PTO on their timesheet for 3/5/21 will end up having their vacation time drawn down by 16 hours instead of 8. This doesn't happen when submitting absence requests with a 'Planned' status.
