Open Enrollment Activity Guide Questions

I have the following questions related to the Open Enrollment Activity Guide:

  1. Is there a size limitation on the videos that can be attached in the Welcome (WELCOME) or Before to Start Video (WELCOME_VIDEO) steps within the activity guide?
  2. If a step is used in multiple activity guides, can the text be different or must if be common to both. For example, if we include the Home and Mailing Address (ADDRESS) step in Onboarding, Open Enrollment and later Life Events, must the instructional text be the same for all pages? I know in Benefits Enrollment there exists configuration for text ids that can specify an event class to differ text. How does this work on pages like Address or Document Upload?
