Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, to resolve delivery issue from BIP server, I activate on as400 server the file, but doesn't create any file

it's doesnt work for me...

On your enterprise server, create a file named xdodebug.cfg in the java runtime engine (JRE), lib folder.

The content of the file should be:

LogLevel=STATEMENT

LogDir=c:\temp (LogDir points to a valid path to a folder on your server)

The valid log levels are: UNEXPECTED, ERROR, EXCEPTION, EVENT, PROCEDURE, STATEMENT and OFF.

The exact location of jre/lib will vary depending on your server platform, EnterpriseOne tools release and java version. Here are some examples:
