What causes the following error: (SQR 3202) Specified file number not opened for writing.

I am receiving the following error when running a custom SQR and I don't know what causes it,

or how to fix it:

(SQR 3202) Specified file number not opened for writing.

I read a couple of articles I found on Oracle support that suggest that you check the settings

under the SQR heading in the process scheduler configuration file, which are fine, and checking the IMPORTPREFIX and

and IMPORTSUFFIX in the SQR itself, which are fine.

I double-checked and these files are identical to the files in the other environment where this is

working correctly.

We did just apply tax update 21-A, but I don't know if this was the cause of the issue. The SQR is working in the environment where we haven't applied 21-A yet, but not in the other 2 environments. I just know that the SQR was working and now it isn't for some reason.
