Taleo Fluid Interface - Requisition Approval pop up box for Approval Submission missing

In the Flew interface, once Hiring Managers created a requistion and saved it, a pop up box would appear asking them to submit for approval. This option / function seems to be missing from Fluid interface.

Its creating issues for our resourcing team as Hiring Managers create the requistion but dont submit for it approval, they assume requistion has been submitted for approval. Is there anyway to re-enble the popup function asking HM to submit for approval?
