OffBoarding and Activity Guide Composer

HCM / 9.2 - I'm attempting to setup OffBoarding in HR Demo that is current with image 37.

I've followed the steps below to the best of my ability.... I created a test offboarding template. Assigned security. Config'd the Category. I activated the offboarding event manager. I termed a sample employee and am attempting to see/test the template I created. I can see the Offboarding tile, however under the tile I get the message: At this time, there are no processes in progress.

I setup the template assignment to look at 'Action = TER' figuring the template would be assigned to any person I termed. What am I missing?
