Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Don't know if someone can help me on this one.

We are looking to implement carton recommendation.

Is it possible to specify somehow in the volume calculation that product must be packed in upright position in the box? If so, how come?
