Requisition Sales Tax

Client on PeopleSoft 9.1 Purchasing. Currently we have a client requirement to calculate and include sales tax on a Requisition just like the process is for a Purchase Order. A reference to Bug 11434965 is mentioned in one of the threads on the Oracle Support Community as being open. Is Oracle planning to pursue the development for this feature in the near future?
