How to Promote a calendar to a higher level ?

Hi All,

As I try to move projects between workspaces I can not because always it asks me to promote the calendar to a higher level. I try to change calendar owning workspace to select a higher workspace in the hierarchy but I can not. Is this the way to promote a calendar or there must be a "Promote" option to choose?

I appreciate if you could advise me on this issue.
