Convert English to Spanish Dynamically

Hi Gurus,

Has anyone worked on converting English to some other language. I have a requirement to dynamically convert a string in rtf template from English to Spanish . I tried using XML translation feature but oracle confirmed it only converts static strings which we define in the .xlf file.
