JMS Server creation is failing

Hi,


We are not able to target the JMS server to either manager server or managed server (migratable). The issue as below : The following failures occurred: -- A UDD must be targeted to servers within a single cluster or a single stand-alone server, rather than Cluster OWSM_cluster and Cluster SOA_cluster


All the UDD are now set to soa cluster only in JMS module still the same issue.


Could you please assist to resolve the issue?
