unable to get Initiator task link in custom bpm worklist ADF application Jdev 12.2.1.4

in Oracle SOA Suite (MOSC)

Hi Experts ,

I created a custom bpm worklist adf application using refer doc ( https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/bpm/bpm-user/GUID-8C39A546-EE86-4C9F-A250-FF70727F4839.htm#BPMUG20812 ). after this we unable to get Initiator task link under Application tab but able to get task list.

we also provided role for the Initiator human task and in standared bpm workspace that user can able to see Initiator task link .

we added oracle.bpm.workspace.adf.jar jar for processApplicationsTaskflow but after that it's throwing error if i remove processApplicationsTaskflow binding then it's working but not showing Initiator link only showing bpm worklist and after adding processApplicationsTaskflow showing below error :
