Quality Mgmt - Not tests shown in P3711 for old orders created before quality was activated

Hi!

We are on 9.2 and have an issue with P3711 not showing any tests when called from P4312 for "old" orders

• Quality management was activated in February 2021
• Quality preference hierarchy is item level only
• Quality preference is set up with "N" on effective dates / quantities
• Tests are defined with effective date 2021-01-01
• Purchase orders created in 2020 show "X" in "Quality tests exist" but when calling P3711 from P4312, not tests are shown
• Purchase orders for same item/branch/supplier created in 2021 (after quality mgmt was activated) do show tests correctly

It is my understanding that the preference is resolved when P3711 is called based on the "P4312 Receipt date" and NOT when created the purchase order. Also, the P3711 version processing options are correctly set up to use "Order format" and <blank> in number of samples.
