Routing calls based on Calling Number (From)

Hello!

If I would like to select the destination (next-hop) based on the calling number (from) I could use Local-Policy and put the range or the especific phone number in the From-Address field. That should work but, If I didn't have a range, If I had a list of numbers without any correlation, how could I do this task?

For example, If I would have two destinations, Call Center A and Call Center B, and I would want to route the calls from a list of 500 phones to Call Center A and the rest of calls to Call Center B, how could I do this task?
