iProcurement -Shopping Cart (Edit Button Error)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to iProcurement responsibility

2. Create a Non-Catalog Request

3. In the Shopping Cart, click on Edit button

4. See the error:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

I want to know the actual reason behind this error because, I have 1 preposition regarding this error.

The Error is arise now But I have question why this error is not showing up before today mean while I'm working on this form from last month. Now he is showing this error and this patch is shows that the reason behind this error. The following is error reason
