Siebel Upgrade 20.12 inactive worklows

Hi,

After upgrade process finalization we observe the following processes were inactivated, but we did not find information about the cause of the inactivation of these processes on release notes except for the comments in the first of them on tools:

Import Assigned Fees Data

These are deprecated or it is simply an upgrade error?
