Copy Standard Unit Cost to Weighted Average Unit Cost

Is there a JDE program available to copy the current standard unit costs into the weighted average unit costs, so when we change the Item Branch costing method, the system will not recalculate the inventory value? We are on JDE E1 version 9.2.
