Rollback PA Period to previous month

Hello I am on Oracle Version 12.2.7. The PA Period was rolled forward in error on the 5th day of the month and rolled back on the 8th day. In the test environment I ran the summary and project refresh and the project summary update after which I ran the Capital Authorization Report to review budgets. The expenditures updated inaccurately on the report and the budgets did not update. How do I update the expenditure and the budgets correctly in the current month?
