Is it possible to setup a Derived factor based on employee balance?
We have a requirement wherein the accrual rate of an Absence Plan is dependent on the current balance of an Enrolled Absence Plan for an employee.
Example:
Employee 1 - Enrolled to SICK1 and SICK2
Accrual Rate:
SICK2 - If SICK1 is greater than 128 hours then add 8 hours; else 136 hours then add 16 hours; else 144 hours then add 24 hours and so on..
