Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Displaying Effective Date field on Manage Payroll Payments page in Self Service

Hi,

I have enabled the Manage Payroll Payments page on Self Service for employees to update their payment methods.

But the effective date field is not displayed. When I do a change, the change 'updates' and defaults to the sysdate as the effective date.

I have looked at all the Personalization options, and they all seem to be 'Shown'.

Thanks for any assistance.
