The following 2020 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act - Phase I1 patches have been released and are available for download from My Oracle Support:

Patch Numbers:

12.1 - Patch 32439587:R12.BEN.B

12.2 - Patch 32439587:R12.BEN.C

Prerequisites:

To apply Patch 32439587:R12.BEN.B, Release 12.1 customers should be on Release 12.1.3 HRMS RUP11 (Patch 25026041) or later.

To apply Patch 32439587:R12.BEN.C, Release 12.2 customer should be on Release 12.2 HRMS RUP11 (Patch 24007222) or later.

Delivery Details:

These patches include changes for customers who need to file 1095-C and 1094-C forms with the IRS along with those who need to file with the State of Rhode Island. The ACA Phase II patch delivers the necessary changes required to create files for submission to the State of Rhode Island, including self-identified corrected records. It also includes the following updates:
