Dear Experts,

Please guide me on how we ensure that the Siebel application is running in AutoOn mode. Even I put in the URL command which is set to the AutoOn mode, for example, as below:

http://siebel/app/callcenter/enu?SWECmd=AutoOn

But cam recorder is not appearing after login.
