Not seeing FR reports generation using Batch Scheduler after applhying FR 714 patch

I just applied FR 11.1.2.4.714 patchset to the envrinment and noticed that it's stopped creating snapshot books using batch scheduler. The batch is running fine with no issues but when I open the snapshot book for the reports I am not seeing any reports. Any suggestion/comment?

I reported the same issue when using 709 patch and I believe it was fixed but now it appeared again in 714.
