Export from DB 11g whith NLS_CHARACTERSET=AL32UTF8 import DB 19g NLS_CHARACTERSET=US7ASCII

I import a dmp in database Oracle 19c with NLS_CHARACTERSET=US7ASCII and show me "?" in some table's data. The languaje is SPANISH, use character like: ñ,á and so on. The database source is Oracle 11g NLS_CHARACTERSET=AL32UTF8. The user are using for a few days ago the new database (19c).

Question: ¿There is a way to correct the data of Oracle 19c, whith out lost or corrupt data?
