Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC)

upgrep stuck at picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS

I'm running upgrep for our 16.19 Siebel environment for an upgrade to 20.12 and it has been stuck at a point since couple hours now. The stage is - Preparation of Prior Customer Repository.

The cmd window stuck open says Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS

I dont know if it is what expected or not.

Also, I had deleted JAVA_HOME prior to starting upgrep and the machine was rebooted also after that. 

I dont see any other JAVA environment variable.
