Oracle Apps R12/11i Java Forms don't Open

Hi,

I got a new laptop(Windows 10) and I configured Java 8 271 (64bit) JRE. Java Console doesn't launch and I have done all known setting in IE and Java Configuration. It does open a new Tab, but then gets stuck there and nothing happens.

In the debugging Log it shows last entry as that of gif. This is same accross 11i and R12, suggesting some setting of Java/IE might be incorrect or additional. Attached is the log

Can someone suggest how to know the exact issue, or can guide
