ArcGIS error ORA-24328 illegal attribute value after migration on ODA

Hi,

The configuration: Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 that we migrated from Solaris on ODA (linux)

The migration method was by using IMPDP.

Customer obtains ORA-24328 illegal attribute value when the spatial application ArcGIS or ArcGISPro when accessing synonyms in GIRDF/SDE schéma.

The sysonyms are created on schémas from same database ou through dblnks.


When using SQL+ or SQL Developper the synonyms are correct and data accessible.

The dblinks are also fonctioning.
