OEM Installation Using Self Update Option

All,

We are trying to install OEM Agent 12.1.0.1.0 manually using the SelfUpdate option and we are getting the below error on downloading the agent.

Downloading file in staging directory /u01/app/oracle/gc_inst1/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/stage/bd05202a0f300565e0539164a8c0f775 ...

Staging directory cleaned up.

Download failed: Exception: Server authentication failed: null


We tried searching Community for help but couldn't find any. Kindly help with the issue.
