Unable to add New year in Accounting calendar in General Ledger

Hi, I am unable to add New year in Accounting calendar correctly.

On clicking 'Add Year' , it does not create a full year’s worth of periods, but create only one extra empty line without period name or year, but the Period Number is 1, Quarter number is 1, Start date is 01/04/20 and End Date is 30/04/20.

Should be noted that Apr-20 is already there (Period Name Apr-20, Year 2021, Period Number 1, Quarter Number 1, Start Date 01/04/20, End Date 30/04/20).

Trying to save or save and close provides an error.

Trying to enter the first new period name manually provides an error.
