How to use :block.field in Validation Tables of DFF on work request screen (OAF page)

Hi..

I want to restrict list of values in the validation set of a DFF enabled on Create Work Request page depending on the value from the OAF page. Can anybody suggest the way?

We are on R 12.1.3

Case: My client want to track repeat work request. I have enabled a DFF with validation set displaying previous work request numbers. I want to limit the work request numbers in the LOV as per selection of the asset number on the same work request page.
