Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am trying to Un-apply Claim Investigation from one of the receipt, throwing below error. Please suggest how to resolve this.

Error: The receipt amount cannot be less than the sum of the applied and on-account amounts.

Receipt Amount 283453.25

Total Invoices Amount Applied 286490.69

Claim Investigation Amount -1230.00

Receipt to Receipt Application Amount -1807.44
