Reporting Ledger Journals: what does the number represent in the Journal Name?

We have configured "Reporting Currencies" and set it at Journal Level. All journals are replicated from the primary ledger to the reporting ledger, but the journal name is not exactly the same. The journal names are prefixed with a number; in our case the number is 300000008158489. This number looks very much like the Ledger ID, but it is not; our primary ledger ends in 813 and the reporting ledger ends in 491.

Does anyone know what exactly the 300000008158489 represents? All journals for all periods in the reporting ledger include this reference.
