9.2 HCM Life Events - Approve Document Upload - No Documents Displayed for Approval
I have walked through the steps of setting up Life Events and as I upload documents, I am receiving the message that "approval is required". However, no notification is being sent to the Benefits Administrator (I have granted myself the delivered Benefits Administrator role. Also, when I navigate to Approve Document Upload, no documents are displayed.
I even uploaded a document as the Benefits Admin, received the message that "approval is required" but no document is displayed when I navigate to the Approve Document Upload component/page.
I have reviewed my set up for the past few days and do not see where I may have missed a step.
