Extract running, log mining but still has Lag at Chkpt

GoldenGate on 19c RAC database was abended for a few days due to an attempt to write null into a not null column in a history table. The issue was resolved then GG was started up and appeared to be normal with the replicat catching up but the extract remained stuck with a large lag at chkpt. Alert log is showing log miner has caught up after re-registering a few old archive logs for SCN 12241284776114.

Should be:
