How to save ASH Analytics page settings ?

Comparing to old Top Activity there are plenty of them: Time period, display buttons , refresh time, top dimesions filter etc. etc. Every time I open the page I need to modify/customize them. Is it possible to do it once and save it ( as default view) in some way ?
