Bank Statement Loader Execution Report - how do you clear down the report??

Hi

Bank Statement Loader Execution Report shows a couple of statements with a warning message:

"The bank statement header information which is being loaded already exists in the Bank Statement Interface table. The 1 existing bank statement header(s) is(are) deleted."

The statements have been previously uploaded with no issues and not trying to load them again as any previously loaded are archived.

Is there any way to clear down these messages to prevent them recurring?
