ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When RLM DSP is run, oracle.apps.ont.oi.xml_int.status business event is being raised for order lines  which does not have any updates on key fields. These line_ids are appended to the line_ids for which there are some changes in base table. When compared with oe_order_lines_all base table record before and after, none of the columns got changed, still line_id is included in business event parameter.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Need to understand what is criteria for line_ids are being passed as business event parameter.
