ODA Upgrade from 18.5 to latest 19.10

We are planning our upgrade of our 5 ODA Bare Metal X7-2M's from 18.5 to 18.8, then 19.6 for Oracle Linux 7 OS upgrade. We will then do an upgrade to the latest 19.10 at a later time this summer.

We have a one off patch for a Ellucian problem. Do we have to remove the one off patch to go to 18.8 or 19.6?
