Can codes in UDC 06/SV that are showing as Hard Coded be renamed/reused?

There are some codes in UDC 06/SV (Benefit/Accrual type) that come pre-loaded from Oracle and show as Hard Coded. For example code "L" is Fam/Med Leave Accrual. We do not use that code so I was wondering if it could be renamed and used for an accrual for our use. Another example is code "O" Other Accruals.

The reason I'm asking is that the P053020 Paid Time Off Inquiry has 5 accrual types (H,L,O.S,V) hard coded in the event rules. Those are the only ones that display and in our case we will only see values for "S" Sick and "V" Vacation. But if we could rename the ones we don't use to descriptions for other accruals that we do use then the values would be visible on the inquiry.
