Autoinvoice Program error out with "The supplied Accounting Flexfield has expired" after R12.2.9 Upg

Hi,

Our client Oracle EBS is upgraded from R12.2.3 to R12.2.9. However there is new error in thrown in "Autoinvoice Import Program" in PROD which we did not come across in CRP and UAT cycles.

Error text: "The supplied Accounting Flexfield has expired"

The error is thrown for 15 out of 100 records, despite same account in the error record was shared by another record which got processed through.

Sample data given below. But when we verify all the account segments (01.020.401125.01.000.00000) in the respective lines, it is valid GL combination. And also, individual segments in the account are verified for End date in the value sets, but none was end dated. Although account is valid, but still error is thrown.
