in Oracle Self service procurement cloud, how to hide or disable the submission in the shopping cart

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 2 comments

we want to enforce the revision and prevent submission of Requisition from the shopping cart. User need to REVISE before submitting the requisition for approval. We would like to hide or disable the submission button in the shopping cart. how can we achieve this?
