connect from apex to oracle forms

Hi Guys,

we have apex 20.2 on database 19c +ords 20.1 deployed on weblogic;

we need in apex page with links to application build on oracle forms 12.2.1.4;

apex 20.2 couldn't run on Internet Explore, oracle forms can run only on Internet explore;

How could we manage call oracle forms force open Internet explore browser?

it is really important;

is it some javascript?
