Schedule Automatic BP Record creation Based on a Template - Last day of month

Greetings Unifier peeps. The ask is to auto generate a new record on the last day of the month.

If we set the schedule to monthly and set it to 3/31/2021 when would the record be created on months that do not have 31 days?

We realize we could set it to the first day of the month or the 28th (which would cover all months) but the business is asking for the last day of the month.
