Credit Orders from RMA does not default price on CO if Use Tax Price is On

Hi,

I found an issue, if i raise a credit order using RMA and sales ledger history for the customer who has Use Tax Price On in Customer Master Billing Information Tab 1, resulted Credit Order CO does not show any price i.e. $0 on sales order detail grid. However Price History still retain price history from original order from which credit order was raised from.

I tried tested same scenario bypassing RMA process and raised CO for same customer using P42101 (same version i.e. called via RMA) for same sales order that was used in previous test, and i can see all price fields nicely populated on SO grid and price history also works as expected.
