Volume Level Adjustment based on the sales price

Hi Team，

Could you help me with how can I make Volume Level Adjustment calculated based on the actual sales price user entered in Sales price，not SKU base price from P4106?

I confused why the SKU base price get into F4079，instead of modified final actual SKU sales price？
