Setting preferred cypher choice for LDAPS Calls made by Siebel security adapter

Hi All

Our Active Directory team is seeing a lot of errors on the domain controller:

Event ID: 36874

Description: An TLS 1.2 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The TLS connection request has failed

This error appears to be from all the LDAPS calls made from Siebel, for AD authentication, including EAI and user requests.

We are using Siebel IP2016.19 on Windows with against an MSSQL DB - and therefore have to use the standalone Oracle DB client for LDAP communication - currently 12.2.0.1.0 plus patch  23833859.
