Advanced Pricing Mass Maintenance P45550 Insert to table failed (Error 078F)

Is there a quick workaround for this rather than having to get rid of the duplicates in F4072? I noticed only a handful of records display when querying for the update (with no search agent) and assuming that is because those are the only records that are not duplicates. Would it be advantageous to log an SR?
